Shopping & Orders

All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe Link. Payment is processed securely through Stripe — we never see your full card number.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email [email protected] right away and we’ll do our best to update it. Once shipped, the order can’t be changed — but you can return it within 30 days under our Shipping & Returns policy.

Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and applicable state laws. Currently we collect sales tax in Washington State; other states only when economic nexus thresholds apply.

Discount codes are entered at checkout in the “Coupon code” field, before completing payment.

Your card is charged at the time of order placement, not at shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

Physical books typically ship within 1 business day. Digital products are delivered immediately upon order confirmation.
USPS or UPS, depending on weight and destination. You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.
Currently shipping within the United States only. Outside the US, we recommend purchasing through Amazon, Bookshop.org, or another international retailer.
Contact us within 7 days at [email protected] — we’ll send a replacement or full refund (your choice) and cover return shipping.
Wait 48 hours (sometimes carriers mark delivered early). Check with neighbors and your mail facility. If still missing after 48 hours, email us and we’ll work with the carrier to file a claim.

Digital Products

ePub and Kindle (.mobi/.azw3) formats — compatible with all major e-readers including Kindle, Kobo, Apple Books, and any app that reads ePub.
Immediately after purchase, you’ll receive an email with a BookFunnel download link. Click the link and follow the on-screen instructions — BookFunnel can deliver directly to your device or guide you through manual download.
Yes. BookFunnel allows you to download to as many of your personal devices as you’d like. Your purchase is for personal use only — please don’t share files publicly.
Yes — email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll resend.
Email us with your device type and the error you’re seeing. We’ll either send an alternate format or refund the purchase.

Returns & Refunds

30 days from delivery for physical books in unread, undamaged, resaleable condition.
Yes — signed books are returnable under our standard 30-day policy. However, books with a personalized inscription (a name, message, or dedication beyond the author’s signature) are final sale, since personalization prevents resale.
Digital purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been provided, unless the file is defective. We’ll work directly with you on any technical issues before considering a refund.
We issue refunds within 5–10 calendar days of receiving your return. The funds appear on your card depending on your bank’s processing time.

About the Books

Yes — paperback and hardcover orders are personally signed by Richard French when noted on the product page. Books ordered through third-party retailers (Amazon, B&N, etc.) are not signed.
Each series has a “Series Spotlight” with the reading order on its page. Books are also numbered within the series.
New releases are announced via the richardfrench.net newsletter. Follow there for the earliest notice.
