Orders typically ship within 1 business day from the United States. We use the carrier displayed at checkout (USPS or UPS depending on weight and destination). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier. If a package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us right away at [email protected] and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
Signed books: paperback and hardcover orders may be personally signed by the author when noted on the product page.

Signed books are eligible for return only if they are not personalized. Once personalized (addressed to your name, requested note added), the personalization makes them non-resaleable.
We refund the value of the returned merchandise and applicable sales taxes. Original order shipping and return freight charges are not refunded, except when the book arrived damaged or incorrect — in those cases, we cover return shipping too.
Refunds are issued to the payment method used on the order within 5–10 calendar days of us receiving the returned item(s).
We recommend keeping a copy of your return tracking number for reference.
Digital purchases (eBooks, audiobooks) are delivered via BookFunnel or directly via email link after payment. Once a download or access link has been provided, digital purchases are non-refundable, unless the file is defective or substantially different from its description.
If you experience an issue accessing a digital purchase, email [email protected] — we’ll resolve it directly, typically without needing a refund.
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at [email protected]. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — and we cover return shipping for the original item.
